A 6-Week Confidence Lab For Sober Women Who Want More
My Sober Girlfriends
You’re sober. Now what?
My Sober Girlfriends is a 6-week guided small group experience to build the kind of confidence that makes you magnetic, free, and fully yourself— even in rooms where no one else is sober.
What Makes Us Different
Other sober groups and programs serve a purpose, and absolutely have their time and place.
Focused On Just Getting Sober
They’re designed for people struggling to string together consecutive sober days.
Often Massive And Impersonal
Large online groups can feel overwhelming and disconnected as folks filter in and out.
Casual Meetups That Provide Alcohol
Free activities, but don’t prioritize depth and meaning, and you never know who will be there or if you’ll ever see them again.

About Us
Hi— I’m Naomi Veak. I spent most of my adult life alternating between wanting to fit in by drinking and smoking pot, and feeling isolated and ashamed because I didn’t want anyone to know I felt out of control, and out of alignment with my true self.
I told myself I was healthy because I drank red wine, and weed was the way I relaxed. Besides— I was excelling in my career, exercised regularly, and ate organic vegetables. So why did things seem off?
What I know now is that back in my early 20s, when I’d begun using weed and alcohol to numb grief and depression, I’d developed a problem that became my identity.

How the S.P.A.R.K. Framework Supports You
The S.P.A.R.K Framework is the heart of how I support women to build a deeply fulfilling life— not just free from alcohol-substances, but rich with meaning, connection, and joy.
This framework is a guiding structure that meets you where you are and helps you grow into who you’re meant to be.
Each element works together to help you reconnect with yourself, others, and what truly matters. Whether you’re in private coaching, a workshop, or a gathering, we use the S.P.A.R.K. Framework to guide us on our journey to sustainable, joyful sobriety.
Is This You?
-
For your own reasons, you’ve eliminated alcohol and drugs from your life. You know it’s the right choice, but now you feel lonely and unsure of yourself. It isn’t that you’re alone, but you’ve changed… and the people around you haven’t.
Loneliness isn’t about how many friends you have; it’s the gap between the kinds of connections you want and the ones you actually have.
While your old friends may be supportive, they may say things like, “Just one wouldn’t hurt,” or pressure you to drink for a special occasion. They don’t mean you any harm, but deep down, you wonder—if you told them you were drinking again, would they be relieved? What do they really think about me?
-
Studies show that behavior and mindset are socially contagious. You want to feel confident in your skin as sober you, but it can feel impossible when you suspect people around you see you as broken, or like you failed to be a normal adult.
You should know: It’s healthy to crave a place where you can be steeped in the vibes of other people who also value an intentional, fully present life—people who get you, accept you, and see sobriety as one of the best decisions they’ve ever made.
Besides that, it makes sobriety a lot more fun!

You’ve chosen to live more deeply, clearly, and intentionally. You deserve a learning environment that matches your level of awareness and expansion.
That’s why we created the Six-Week Confidence Lab.
We’re realistic about life’s challenges. We’re forward-thinking. We use positive psychology, deep connection, and intentional experiences to build a life we love—together.
